With the tax landscape changing rapidly, it’s always important to stay up to date on the most current rules and regulations surrounding deductions and credits you and your clients may be eligible for. This session will focus on the 179D deduction and its relevance to green building practices. Attendees will learn about the benefits of sustainable design and how to qualify themselves or their clients for deductions that promote energy-efficient buildings.

  • Learn about the recent changes to the minimum deductions
